A Week to Learn Everything About Employee Savings Plans
Every year, a week is dedicated to employee savings. It’s an opportunity to highlight companies’ initiatives and gain a better understanding of the programs available to employees.
Employees often feel a bit lost when faced with the various investment options available for their savings. And for owners of small and medium-sized businesses, setting up a value-sharing program seems complex. That is why numerous partners—at the initiative of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the French Association for Financial Management, the Ministries of Labor and the Economy, and “Finance for All”—have created this special week.
In France, more than 11 million employees across 397,000 companies participate in an employee savings plan. According to the AFG, the assets under management in employee savings plans and retirement savings plans (PER) are set to rise sharply in 2023: up 15.7% compared to 2022, reaching €187.8 billion.
